Project Description


Dror Eytan works in Shatil, the New Israel Fund Capacity Building Center as an organizational consultant, and Northern Branch Capacity Building Coordinator. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Haifa, and a graduate degree from the University of Tel-Aviv Labor Studies department.

He is involved in several organizational development projects, aimed at improving the abilities of organizations and activists to perform better and influence Israeli society.

Dror’s area of work and interest is the Arab – Jewish shared society, consulting and facilitating a variety of activities in that field, from grass – root level groups to the national level established organizations at the national level.  Dror’s other fields of expertise includes: leadership, developing managerial skills, and public participation processes.
